March 2021 Newsletter

Hello readers,

As we approach spring, I’m excited to share news of the impending release of Consequences of Passion, the first book in my The Lockets of Tuxedo Park series. The Kindle/digital version will be available on April 1, 2021 with the paperback release following on April 15th.

The idea for the Lockett’s of Tuxedo Park series came a few years ago. I was watching an old tv series on USA Network called Necessary Roughness. I wondered what it would be like if I created a series about a family who owned a football franchise, thus the idea was born.

The four-book series will feature siblings: Roman, the eldest and heir apparent to the throne. He has a hard time living up to his father’s expectations and is ready for his father to step-down as General Manager. Then we have Julian, the middle and often overlooked middle son and screw up in the family. There’s Giana, the hard-nosed boss lady determined to prove she’s as good as any man and doesn’t need love and Xavier Lockett, the baby in the family and former quarterback who’s struggling to live in a world in which he doesn’t play football.

Want to know more? You won’t have to wait long. Julian’s book, Blind Date with the Spare Heir will be released on September 1, 2021 followed by Giana’s book on December 2021.
Psychologist Shantel Wilson surprises herself by attending a bachelor auction as a favor to her friend—and bidding on his older brother! The outcome of her steamy night with Roman Lockett, heir apparent to an Atlanta football dynasty? She’s expecting. Now Roman wants to claim her—and his child—yet Shantel needs more than a marriage of convenience from this man who put passion in her playbook…

Hey, wait! You think that’s it? I have a surprise for you. A special Lockett’s of Tuxedo novella telling Silas Tucker, a friend of the family’s story and will only be available online on eharlequin.com in the spring. And you heard it here, first!

I haven’t forgotten about those Mitchell Brothers series. Many of you reviewed Claimed by the Hero and raved about it. You’re the best! I’m a bit behind due to the bereavement I’ve been dealing with, but I promise you this summer you will get Cage’s story and late fall Cameron’s story.

The series focuses on three brothers who served in different branches of the military: Army, Navy and the Air Force. And to top it all off, all three books will be available as Audio books start with Claimed by the Hero in June 2021!

Maryland gubernatorial candidate Caden Mitchell has achieved every goal he’s ever set: West Point graduate, decorated Army war hero, mayor of Baltimore. That is, every goal but one: becoming a husband and father. That goal was dashed after his greatest love, Savannah Grace Vasquez, disappeared from his life without a trace more than a decade before. But during a fundraiser for his latest political bid, Caden spots a woman who looks just like Savannah. Can it be her? It is!

Savannah has never stopped loving Caden, so she pulls another disappearing act after the fundraiser. She has a secret that could topple his political run, and she wants to keep it under wraps: She is the mother of his son. But when Caden finds out he’s a father, he wants to make Savannah a permanent part of his life. What happens to these earnest lovers after Savannah is claimed by the hero?

Finally, I want thank you to all the readers who made the New Year BAE Solutions series so successful with my fellow authors. In case you missed it, here is a snippet on Two Hot Kisses.

She was the one who got away. That is what successful author Brandon Cobb thought about his secret college crush Sasha Bennett. The beautiful aspiring artist and free spirit had always been way out of his league – until now. While on tour promoting his latest book, he spots Sasha. Fate is telling him his timing is finally right. He suggests Sasha spend New Year’s Eve with him. Sasha ditches her date, and they have an unforgettable night. When the clock strikes twelve, Brandon makes his move. One kiss leads to two hot kisses and a promise of forever.

That’s it for now, I’m going to keep writing and bringing you those steamy, dramatic and contemporary romances you’ve come to love me, YSJ.

Cheers,

Yahrah St. John
